Above: the class of 2017. This introductory foundation course takes place in Central London over ten weekends across the calendar year. We are now taking applications for the course commencing January 2018. Early application is advised.
The Foundation course can be taken as a stand-alone qualification, or as a first step towards further qualification as a counsellor, psychotherapist or psychosexual & relationship therapist.
The course takes place in the wonderful environment of the premises of Regent's University in Regent's Park, London.
This course is accredited by the National Council of Psychotherapists and is supported by the London Diploma in Psychosexual & Relationship Therapy and also endorsed by The NAOS Institute
Above: the class of 2016. The London Foundation Certificate in Counselling & Psychotherapy is a course specifically designed to provide an introduction to counselling & psychotherapy skills and theories.
The course welcomes students from a diverse range of back grounds which reflects the ethos of the training and faculty. We provide a comprehensive overview of the main models of counselling and psychotherapy, and many students progress to a substantive training.
